Our store is intended for customers in the United States. When you shop at www.shirleys-designs.com, contact us, or submit a custom-order request, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, order history, and messages.

For personalized jewelry and custom requests, we also receive the details you choose to share, such as names or engraving text, jewelry size, gemstone preferences, occasion, budget, and uploaded examples. Please provide only information needed for your request and avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

Our checkout and payment providers process payment information to complete transactions. We also accept order payments through PayPal. When you pay through PayPal, PayPal processes your payment and provides us with transaction details needed to identify your payment and fulfill your order. PayPal handles information under its own Privacy Statement. Information available to us includes order and payment-status details needed to administer your purchase.

Our customer and subscriber contacts come directly from customers and subscribers. We do not purchase email or customer lists for marketing.

Our website and its service providers also use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and use of the site. This may include your IP address, browser, pages viewed, interactions, and shopping activity.

We use Shopify Inbox to provide website chat. When you chat with us, we receive the messages and any contact details, order information, or other information you choose to share. We use that information to answer questions and provide customer service.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us at info@shirleys-designs.com. Order and service communications may still be sent when needed to handle your purchase or request.
