At Shirley’s Designs Handcrafted Jewelry, we want the pieces we create to remain part of your story for years to come. That's why we offer a Lifetime Repair Service for eligible Shirley’s Designs handcrafted jewelry.
Eligible Repairs
Depending on the design, materials, condition, and availability of components, repairs may include bracelet restringing, elastic replacement, clasp or chain repair, connector repair, reattachment of components, and replacement of certain gemstones or metal components when available.
Repair Costs
An eligible confirmed craftsmanship repair may be completed without a repair labor charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, lost components, or replacement materials may require a repair or material fee. We will explain any applicable cost before proceeding.
Customers are responsible for shipping jewelry to and from Shirley’s Designs unless otherwise determined by Shirley’s Designs.
Request a Repair
Please include your name, order or invoice number if available, approximate purchase date, description of the jewelry, what happened, and clear photographs of the entire piece and damaged area.

Do not mail your jewelry until you receive repair instructions from Shirley’s Designs.
Repair Turnaround
Most approved repairs are completed within approximately 5–10 business days after the jewelry is received and the repair is approved. More complex repairs or unavailable materials may require additional time.
