Repair Policy

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling to and from merchant for repairs.

The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing missing gemstones.  Price will vary due to gemstone.  Price will be discussed before shipping.

Repair time 5 to 10 business days

4. Advise your repair 

5. Allow 24 - 48 hours for response
