No refund on shipping and handling

No returns or exchanges on made-to-order (personalized orders)

No refunds on made-to-order, because it was personalized by the customer

No refunds on online orders after 24 hours of delivery to the customer.  

REFUND

Refund on online orders, minus shipping cost with the exception of the customer must contact us within 24 hours at info@shirleys-designs.com  The items must be in their original shape and in packaging.

DAMAGED ITEM

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact info@shirleys-designs.com within 48 hours
