Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address on ALL invoices.

The shipping address provided by the customer will be used to ship customers order/s.  Shipped orders with an incorrect shipping address, is the customer's responsibility.  If the package is returend to sender (Shirley's Designs), the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Made-to-order is a personalized order 

Made-to-orders are selected materials and approved by you

All made-to-orders are paid-in-full upon approved materials

Allow 5-10 business days for completion (depending on request)

Would you like a made-to-order? submit your request in CONTACT , allow 48 hours for reply

When a made-to-order is placed, and approved by you.  You will receive an invoice from Shirley's Designs. If you do not see it in your mailbox, please check your spam mail

Website orders, are a ONE-OF-A-KIND beautifully handcrafted designs ready for shipping and to be owned by you

REPAIR & RESIZE

Do you need a repair or a resize?  CONTACT  Shirley's Designs, allow 48 hours for reply

Repair cost, is determined on item and materials

Repair time is determined upon receiving item and queue

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

No refund on shipping and handling

No returns or exchanges on made-to-orders (personalized orders)

No refunds on made-to-orders, because it was personalized for you

How do I care for my pieces?

Treat all gemstones and findings with love.  Try your best not to expose to any water sources, when wearing.  Keep covered in a bag from dust

Can I remake a design?

One-of-a-kind pieces can NOT be remade due to its natural shape, size, and color.  However, I can come close to the original design to create your very OWN, one-of-a-kind

How often do I create Limited editions?

Twice a year, a newsletter will be sent out

Where do I find the beautiful natural gemstones?

I travel and attend bead expos though out our globe.  I hand select every single one, ensuring I am delivering nothing but the best for YOU

I am having an event, and need personalized items for my swag bags?
