- No Refund on Shipping and Handling: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, items made to customer specifications are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customized orders are uniquely crafted to your requirements.
· No Refunds for Online Orders: As our items are custom-made, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Each customized piece is uniquely crafted and one of a kind.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift Cards: All Gift Card sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Damaged Items Policy
We carefully inspect and package each item; however, please notify us immediately if your jewelry arrives damaged.
· Damaged During Delivery: If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours at info@shirleys-designs.com and notify your local USPS office. While Shirley's Designs is not responsible for damaged packages upon arrival, we will provide all the necessary information and assist you promptly in resolving the issue.
