Every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before beginning its journey to you. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and personalized, please review the processing and shipping information below when planning your purchase.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, handcraft, personalize, inspect, and package your order.

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Most in-stock, non-personalized orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 1–3 business days.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Pieces

Some handcrafted or made-to-order designs may require additional creation time. The estimated turnaround will be provided on the individual product page whenever applicable.

Personalized Jewelry

Personalized and engraved jewelry generally requires approximately 5–10 business days for creation and processing before shipment.

Because your piece is being individually created for you, we encourage ordering early when purchasing for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, wedding, or other special occasion.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Shirley’s Designs offers complimentary standard U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated carrier delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using available tracked shipping services.

Depending on your destination and the options available at checkout, shipping services may include USPS and other available carriers.

Please select the shipping method that best meets your needs during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been completed, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

If you don't see your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review:

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@shirleys-designs.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist with the correction.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Sending Your Order as a Gift?

We're honored to be part of your meaningful moments.

If your order is being shipped directly to someone as a gift, please make sure the recipient's shipping information is entered correctly during checkout.

When available, gift packaging and other gifting options will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

APO, FPO & DPO Addresses

We are honored to serve customers using eligible APO, FPO, and DPO military and diplomatic addresses.

Delivery times to these destinations may vary depending on military postal processing and final destination.

Please enter the complete military or diplomatic mailing address exactly as required during checkout.

Carrier Delays

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

Weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, customs processing, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless the selected shipping service specifically provides a delivery guarantee.

If you're ordering for an important date, we strongly recommend allowing additional time for both creation and delivery.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or you believe your package may be missing, please first review the tracking information provided by the carrier.

We'll review the available shipping information and help determine the appropriate next step.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and contact the carrier for additional delivery information.

Personalized pieces generally require 5–10 business days before shipment, plus carrier transit time.
